Terms of Use
These terms cover how we sell, ship, and take returns. They match what we state on the site: shipping takes 9–15 business days, and you have 90 days to return an item if you aren’t happy.
1. Who we are
Cozy Goods USA operates this store. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Questions go through our contact page.
2. Orders
Prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price is listed in error, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, we refund the amount charged for that order.
3. Shipping
Shipping inside the United States takes 9–15 business days. Large furniture can sit toward the longer end of that range. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans the package. Track it anytime on Track my order.
We ship throughout the United States. Some oversized items cannot go to PO boxes. If an address is restricted, we email you before the order ships.
4. Shipping protection
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on shown before you pay. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and protection was added, we replace or refund the order. Without it, claims follow the carrier’s process and can take longer.
5. Returns
You have 90 days to return an item if you aren’t happy. Contact us with your order number and we will send return instructions. Return the item in the condition you received it when you can. We refund the purchase price of returned items once we confirm the return. Original shipping is not always refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
6. Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number, tracking number, and photos. We will replace or refund it.
7. Warranty
Product pages note any extra warranty on that item. The 90-day return window still applies if you aren’t happy, whether or not a longer warranty is listed.
8. Use of the site
Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, or copy our content for your own store. Product names and descriptions on this site are for Cozy Goods USA sales only.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Cozy Goods USA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies to new orders. Last updated September 17, 2026.
